Global Program FELICITY

Financing for low carbon energy investment in cities (FELICITY), is a global program funded by the International Initiative for the Environment (IKI) of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment. The initiative seeks to generate low carbon infrastructure projects in cities, so that they can access financing.
